Is my XBox One S broken ?

Hey everyone,

so It´s been 4 months since I got my first console EVER. I was playing and having fun with some games like AC:Origins, Witcher 3 etc...

But I always felt like the games run choppy (low fps). I ignored that in the beggining since I was really happy to have a console but now I feel like my XBOX ONE is broken somehow because when I watch streams or youtube videos how people play AC:Origins,
PUBG, it is really smooth in comparsion to mine when I am playing.

For instance my GF bought me PUBG and I was really looking forward to enjoy it but it´s unplayable... I have got a really bad performance (low fps - not sure how many tho) and I can´t manage to aim with that. AC:Origins is playable tho bcs it is an RPG but
it also feels like it´s much slower in comparsion to people who put videos of gameplays on youtube, it also looks worse than those.

Also Witcher 3 - when theres a lot of effects my FPS drops and the game starts to stutter, Diablo 3 - I can play only singleplayer because when its more players it starts to stutter.

I tried to play with all the settings, followed the steps in support section of this page I even bought a gaming TV but nothing has changed so I got a refund for the TV. So I am desperate,,, are the consoles so weak or just mine is somehow broken, or what
am I doing wrong :/

Ventilation problem

my Xbox one s broke saying the ventalition is damage and I had it in one place with nothing near it.

What should I do?

Can´t purchase games with credit card

Store is broken, I redeemed fifa 17 code which came with my xbox one s console and it just keeps telling me to enter the code even though the game is on my console...

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having power issues. We recommend not using the console, as you stated could be a fire hazard. If the cable is that loose, it could cause a short and spark a fire. You can go to

device support to set up a repair.

Yes, idk if it's broken or something but I can join parties on both xbox's, I looked it up and you need xbox live gold to start and join parties. The Series S has only my account, and my account has my series S as my home xbox, and I can still join parties and talk(I'm in one right now in fact).

I have the same problem. I bought my Xbox One S one month ago and i was really shook when it happened. I thought oh god please i recently bought that console and its already broken.
