Is my xbox one broke !?!???!

Okay I have had problems with a few things of late ,

one- battlefield 4 resets xbox, lags like mad and controllers disconnect every couple of minutes

two- same happens with all games , controllers disconnect after few minutes of use, bought new controllers and new battery's same problem, also they decide to change game fast forward go up and down spin around when I'm playing games or watching films wether
I'm holding controller or not.

three - after the xbox reset whilst playing a game, the screen went black and never came back on audio still works but no video, I have re plugged the hdmi on the xbox one and tv also changed sockets on tv. Turned on and off but been like this for days now.

i paid full price for this console and since day one I had problems with games, I expected small bugs with games but now controllers won't connect or stay connected one game wont work at all and xbox one claims it is not an xbox one disk and now I can't
even watch films or use it at all as the screen stays black

please help ????

So after the power went out my xbox doesn't work anymore, it powers on but i get no picture or sound and the controller won't connect to it. Tried all the standard solutions you can find all over the internet and nothing worked.

Have you tried plugging it in to a different socket/outlet?

 

Black screen is a bug that will be addressed soon.. In the meantime, a "Soft Reset" addresses this... Press and hold consoles power button for 8-10 seconds until it powers off. Wait 30 seconds, then press power button again to boot. It will take a bit longer
to boot and stay on the green screen for a bit until it loads completely. This will address that black screen and more.

If this occurs again, this is your first line of defense. Hopefully a patch will be out soon.
