    Is my Xbox broken?


    My Xbox One X seems to crash all the time when playing almost every game. Sometimes at the load screen sometime when playing.

    I've done the power cycle thing which I have to do almost every time I use it now. Also restarting the xbox causes it to not boot.

    Also I've done a factory reset but all to no avail. Not matter what I try it still crashes or just simply doesn't load the OS or a game of I can get to the title screen.

    Hoping someone had seen this before and came help.

    Connecting using router: Error IP, MAC, DHCP, Forwarding... all tried

    agent from xbox center said, that xbox cant be broken becouse it cant broke in parts. if something is broken it will be all broken so internet card of my xbox can't be broken [it was connected for 3 minutes one week ago and send to xbox info about my points,

    Ok, so I was trying to fix a game that i was playing ( Call of duty black ops cold war) but when someone on the internet tried to help me I followed the exact instructions, cleared my Mac address but when my Xbox restarted it was green and purple.
