Is my xbox broken? I've tried everything

It didn't work I've tried everything re7 is broken

Mines the same and I've Tried a hard reset - tried everything now. Totally broken.

If it's an original model Xbox One I would suggest trying a different power supply if you can find one. Retailers like GameStop usually have them for fairly cheap (under $20 in my experience). I've owned several original Xbox One units and the weak link seems to be the power supply. If it's an Xbox One S or X then please disregard this suggestion - your unit probably needs servicing. Depending on the model and age this may or may not be worth the expense vs buying a new console at this point.

Hi mate i have the same problem none of my apps connect to the internet 4od, bbc iplayer, NOW tv all say something stupid like "oops sorry we cant seem to connect" its really annoying me i have also tried "hard reboot, app reinstall and router reset im
not resorting to factory reset because forza 5 takes enternities to donwload and i bet it wont even work its a softwae glitch must be XBOX UPDATE YOUR SHAMBLES OF A SOFTWARE STOP IGNORING THE PEOPLE FUNDING YOUR CONSOLE

I guess if I would look at what forum you posted in I would know that... Sorry about that I know that you said you've tried all of these steps, but sometimes the order is important. Try uninstalling, holding the Xbox logo on your console until it powers
down, unplugging the power cable from the console for 2 minutes (at least, longer won't hurt), rebooting, and then reinstalling the app.
