    Is my Xbox broke ?


    Iv been here so many times in the past few days looking for help, So im still having issues which i will list.

    game sync issues

    Network connection issues while i have 90% singal strength, yet it shows im connected but at home screen it says connect to xbox live ?? And then nothing at all works or loads properly.

    My xbox live device id says not available

    Global device id not available.

    Im starting to think that my xbox is broke or malfunctioning in some way or theres something wrong that im aint being told to me. At this point im lost and very frustrated as iv spent $34.99 on a 6month gold as well as bought a 1yr gold and a 3month game
    pass and a 1 yr game pass thats not including games and dlc and micro transaction s bought thru games.

    Is there away Xbox can diagnose the issue for me cause iv tryed everything iv been told to these past few days an it hasnt fixed anything.

    the mega millions that broke my xbox this update broke my connectivity to live so the update is pointless now...

    The router may have different settings for the two consoles. Check if there are any special settings made in the router configuration for the MAC address of the Xbox 360 that has an open NAT.

    Yeah iv done those and it says the following are experiencing issues but then its blank and shows nothing then i get signed out randomly
