Is my Sharp TV Unsupported? Where is there a list of models that are supported? (LC-55N7000U)

Got a new TV recently, a new Sharp 55" TV (LC-55N7000U) and looks pretty nice with the Xbone.

Unfortunately, I was surprised to find that even though my xbox could turn on/off my older 42" Sharp, it could not figure out what code my new TV was! Here is the results:

Guide through: Eventually able to adjust volume, but couldn't mute

Enter Manually: Put in brand and model number, but the list does not have my particular model number.

Which brings me to my next point. Why can I not find any list of models supported or any other information for TV device functionality with Xbox One? I prefer to not waste support resources finding (or not finding rather) this information. I understand things
change over time, but obviously the console knows what devices work with it, why can't I find it anywhere else? Is Microsoft working on adding more compatible models?

Would appreciate any information that can help. Thanks.

    :)

No Support for TV: Sharp LC-55N7000U

    Hello,

It looks like Xbox claims that it recognizes my TV and "knows how to control it", however it can not interact with it at all!

If I go through the guided manual process, it gets to the point where it can adjust the volume, but can't mute it, and then says it does not recognize the TV.

The model number also does not show up in the list under the Sharp brand. Model: LC-55N7000U

Is it possible that you guys can add support for this Model? My old TV worked, so its disappointing to see that this model is not working at the moment.

    Thanks in advance

I figured out that while my last TV worked by sending an "On" and "Off" signal, this one worked by sending a "toggle". The set up did not change that setting so I didn't think that would be the issue.

    Now it works!
