Is my Profile locked or Glitches? Can't license transfer please help

I have had problems for the past year as I have tried license transferring my profile license to a reletive and a friend but they have told me the same thing it gets about a 1/4 of the download then stops and gives an error code and says my Microsoft account
has something wrong please help I have tried all solutions and talked to a few good Microsoft/Xbox service employees but nothing is working

License Transfer Help Please!

Ok so i just bought a new console because i had so many problems with my old one so i took the hard drive and and put it in the new one. I played all my disk games just fine with the dlc but i tried to play GTAV and it says it cant read the disk. The thing
is i downloaded when my other console broke so i read up and it said i need a license transfer. so I went to account then clicked on liswnse transfer and it said it was sucsefful and gave me a list of things i didnt now if i had to switch all of them or if
it was the list of things i switched and could edit, so i backed out and then it was locked and i cant do a license transfer for 4 months and i didnt transfer anything. i didnt notice this right away the next day after the transfer i though everything was
fine because i was not having problem but all my downloaded games dont play and my arcade games say they are trials is there anything i can do or do i have to wait the 4 months? bb

Sorry to hear it. If you originally purchased the game on a different console or have switched consoles since the purchase then a license transfer will be in order. Please follow the steps at the link below to do a license transfer.

Why exactly are you trying to license transfer with a relative & a friend?

 

I am puzzled as to why the microsoft employees he spoke to are not asking that question.

Yep, shock horror.

I only bought some gold for the free games.

I wanted the last two and the next one, and then i heard about having four games in april, so i thought why not.
