IS MY PACKAGE WITH MY XBOX SERIES S CONTROLLER MISSING?

On August 25th I created a service order for my series s controller because of an issue. after 19 days I get the chance to deliver the package to UPS so they can deliver to the Microsoft return center in Texas for the service repair I ordered and after 3 days I get a notification from UPS that they had delivered the package I sent out and go to check out the status of my service order and it says that it still hasn't moved from "waiting to receive package" and I see the little disclaimer on the top that says "Due to our focus on health and safety, as well as, global supply chain constraints, your service order may be delayed" which I understand and see that they say it might not show that it's there so check back later and I understand and come back to check on the status as the days go by and nothing gets updating and the warning saying "if the package is not delivered in 25 days your service and repair order will be cancelled" which at this point I start to get worried that the package might've gotten stollen and has not been delivered to Microsoft. Should I be worried?

It's normal. My Xbox Series X and Series S came well packaged and I didn't need to hit the bind buttons to sync the controllers.

Is there any solution to this until today? I‘ve got the same problem and got my razer kaira pro replaced, also checked with different controllers (x one s and x series x controller) and the problem still exists. The headsets packaging says „designed for xbox series x“ so I wouldn‘t expect these kind of problems. Any help is still appreciated.

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

I had the same problem but I sent a series s controller and I got a one s controller in return, and the series s controller I sent came with my Xbox, brand new
