Is my HDMI port broken?

I turned it off how I normally do, through the controller, I moved it to my cousins room to play it on his Sony TV, now it's powering on, tried multiple HDMI cables, multiple television sets. Nothing works. I don't know if it's the curse of Sony or what.
But this is a real issue and if I could get some help and get it fixed by the time Mortal Kombat comes out next week, it would be greatly appreciated.

I only have two on my TV so I have to constantly unplug and switch them whenever I play a different system. I do have a USB port...I was wondering if they make some sort of USB hdmi converter so I could use that one as well. If so can you recommend me one?

Not a problem, hopefully this is something I can help you with.

My first suggestion, does the HDMI cord work with anything else? Are you able to test it out on a bluray player, or DVD or something of the nature? This will help us in isolating where the problem is stemming from

Also, it may be worth power cycling your Xbox, to see if that kicks it into gear. To do this, make sure the xbox is firstly on, then hold the power button down for 10seconds until it turns off. Then turn it on again, and see if that works. Slim chance this
will fix the issue, however its always worth trying

Thank you for the suggestions. It was none of that. However I think it might have overheated or something. I unplugged all of the cords and accessories and let it sit for a few hours while I watched a movie. It was able to power on after a couple hours.
I'm glad that it works again, hopefully this issue doesn't come back.
