    Ive had my Xbox One since day one. And untill this last week (the good ole days) i havent had an issue.

    At first i noticed i had to select an app a few times for it to launch. Then it got worse. The app would launch and then kick right out into the home screen. After that things went downhill.

    Half the time Titanfall will not load. And IF it does, i end up stuck at the map loading screen. Ive even tried to play Killer Instinct to distract myself from the pain of not being able to play Titanfallfall but that game wont launch at all. I called support
    and a very nice customer service rep did some troubleshooting over the phone and felt that a restore default might make things better. So after some thought i decided to do it. Months of downloads dissapeared within seconds and i had to the system updates
    all over again. Out of the 15 games i have, i only installed the two that i really wanted to play. Titanfall and Killer Instinct. After a couple tries i was able to play Titanfall till after about four matches. I got stuck on a load screen. I tried Killer
    Instinct and it worked for 2 matches. But now every time i launch it, it goes right back to the home menu.... but wait! Now theres a new twist. You know how theres usually a white border surrounding the tiles letting you know which tile you moved on. Well
    after getting kicked off the Killer Instinct splash screen, i find myself at the home menu but i am unable to select anything. Theres no border and the Xbox One is completely unresponsive. Leaving me with no choice but to do another useless hard reset. How
    did my XboxOne go from a perfectly fine console to a migraine maker? Ive supported this thing since day one and now its almost useless....

    Will the next update fix this or will have to send it in for repair?

  2. hardware: my xbox is LOUD!

    If you contact xbox support they will of course advise against that since it will void the warranty. My recomendation is trying to contact xbox hardware support like you have in the past, tell them your issues and ask if they can possibly repair it free
    of charge. If they can then great do that, if they cant then if you would want then open the xbox (search youtube for "how to open a xbox 360 Console") and clean any dust that is visible. i do not reccomend removing parts to check further for dust but if you
    would want to then do so. If that still doesnt work then your best bet is retireng the xbox, having a proper "burial" and purchasing another in which you can transfer your hard drive so you do not loose any software

    hardware: my xbox is LOUD!

    Opening up your console or trying any kind of self repair is classed as system tampering,which is against the terms & conditions & can not be disscussed on the forums.

    hope you get it sorted but there has been loads of buggs to be worked on with the latest updates just hang in there dude i recon we all deserve a free bee for all ower time and effort ?

    Doesn't sound like a hardware error to me, there are so many bugs on the system right now it is likely to cause the problem, but after restoring defaults and the problem is still there, I think you should either wait for the next update or go to microsoft
    directly. Sorry I couldn't help

    Doesn't sound like a hardware error to me, there are so many bugs on the system right now it is likely to cause the problem, but after restoring defaults and the problem is still there, I think you should either wait for the next update or go to microsoft

    As ive said software dont cause hardware faults. the hardware is faulty to begin with. My 360 S has been fine with every update
