    Is my credit card info still on the lost account?


    I have tried for two weeks to actually speak to a person at microsoft/XBox to help me recover my account. When the options on the telephone line doesn't match my issues, I get thown out. Not much of a service here.

    It's mostly my kid that uses the XBox, and he sometimes login as me and sometimes as himself. Now both those accounts are gone, and so are all the games we have bought.

    I need help to recover this.

    lol, why would I not want to add a credit card, then turn around and add a paypal account? Info to access a account i have with my money in it is still being given to xbox. Its just called a paypal account instead of credit card account.
