Is my console broken?

Hello all,

I downloaded Call of Duty Modern Warfare II on Sunday from the Microsoft store on my Xbox Series X, as soon as I started the game there seemed to be graphics issues. I figured it was a corrupted file so I re-downloaded... same issues. Switched to a different TV, different cables. Same problems. I tried playing some of the other games on my console, and while they were not nearly as bad, there was still some slight graphical problems. Screenshots are attached for COD MW2, Battlefront II and Battlefield V. Keep in mind I haven't played on this Xbox in a while, but this just started happening after I downloaded Call of Duty.

I called Xbox support yesterday, they ran me through all the troubleshooting with no luck. I even did a factory reset on my console and downloaded the game a third time, same issues. Is my graphics card fried? I am shocked if so, I just bought this console last year but it is out of warranty. Again, I have tried multiple displays and HDMI cords. How can I get this fixed?

No, those flashes are appearing all over my screen in Call of Duty, it is not the phone flash. Also on the bottom photo the entire floor of the map is not rendering.

And on the first picture, all of those green spots are not supposed to be there.

I'm not able to see clearly the other pictures to see if there is an issue

Right now the only graphical problem that I'm seeing is with COD

It seems that this could be a hardware problem :c

If you want, you can try to perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with detailed steps and requirements):

But it's optional, just to cover everything from your side.

In any case the best option for you is get your console inspected and repaired in the closest authorized retailer or where original parts are used
