    my account was banned today at 11:44pm I was sent an e-mail with no information as to why and it won't let me on the enforcement.xbox.com to check my account

    i would like to know for how long to ban is and if there is anything that could be done. I Don't want to take this further than it has to.

    You will need to log in to the enforcement website for that information. The notice will be posted there and the date the suspension is scheduled to expire will be at the end of that notice. The notice will tell you what rules were broken but there will
    be no specifics.

    I can't log into the website to see any of this information but I have been on my Xbox 360 and it says I will be unbanned on the 31/12/9999 it is a joke

    Well ive been nice and waited over 5 hours for you to explain what the *** you think you are doing I've put over 6 years in to my Xbox account over 5-6 thousand pound and your going to permanently ban me well I think I'm going to be taking legal action unless
    this is sorted because what you are doing is theft I've preordered games and now I cant get the benefits of them be you have banned my account... The only thing I can think of being Perma banned for is "rage" mail and if that is the case that's pathetic everyone
    does this.

    Is there any way I can get in contact with the enforcement team or anyone who deals with bans because I was wrongfully perminatly banned on Xbox

    Is there any other way i I can get in contact with them because they denied my appeal even tho I don’t think I deserve a perma ban maybe like a account ban I’ve only been banned 6 times there’s no way I should be at the level of a perma right? I mean I know my friend said he’s been banned like 15 times and he’s still here so why am I getting a perma ban

    Reporting abusive players.

    Again depends on how severe. If it is serious enough then they issue a perma-ban. Even if you keep giving low level abuse - they will eventually perma-ban the account due to repeated abuse over and over.
