Is my account doomed?

So back in the day when I didn't care as to what the consequences to my actions would be I decided it would be a great idea to mess around with my avatar and game saves etc..

Now 4 years later I decided to get an xbox 360 again to see that my account has been banned for tampering and profile.

I spoke to someone from Microsoft and they said if its been over a year I can't appeal for a case review.

Is there anything I can do to salvage my account back?

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

You can't get access to your aim? And you don't know your password... hmm.... did you try contacting xbox support?

 

Submitting a case review would be the only way to contact the enforcement team. If it's been too long to submit a review, there is nothing else you can do.

 

It was already doom a year ago dude, sorry about that. Best move on with your new account and behave from now on following the ToC and CoC of XBL. Have a nice day.
