    Whenever I try to play a backwards compatible game on my Xbox one it says an error occurred and it couldn't download my profile. I don't have any 360 accounts I used to but not anymore can someone please help!

    Found this in another post on forum:

    #1 Update the profile in the Xbox 360 emulator:

    1. Launch a 360 game on Xbox one.
    2. Hit the menu and back button together to pull up the 360 emulator.
    3. go to download profile even if your profile shows.
    4. enter the credentials for your account.
    #2 Instead of clicking on download profile click the X button and sign in.

    1. Your password is not longer than 16 characters. The 360s including the emulator do not like passwords longer than 16 characters.
    2. If you have two step verification turned on either turn it off or use your app password.
