Is my a.c.odyssey disc damaged???? :( :( :(

is my a.c odyssey disc damaged? disc loads and works up until i press A to continue my game, then the loading page(the one that shows the tips) when that done loading then nothing, goes straight out to my home page. I dont get any message at all, not even
to say cant read disc. other gaming disc work fine. Ive tried all i can to resolve, but still happening. so is my disc corrupt?

Just an FYI if the store doesn't take it back, you can always get them replaced by contacting Rockstar. They would be happy to tell you if there is anything physically wrong with the discs or give you instructions on how to get replacements as it's within
the first 90 days of purchase.

I just bought a brand new Gta 5 disc and both discs have the same exact stain similar to this, it's just not as big.

I have not had any problems with either discs really, just on some parts of the game it makes a buzzing noise that's a little loud. But that's about the only thing.

Is my disc okay and could it damage my console or will the disc fall apart or anything?

I don't believe it would be a damaged disc. If anything we might have to troubleshoot to get your game to launch. No worries I've seen this before and I'm sure we will get this up and running for you.

Thanx for quick response. After putting disc in, enter to continue game, then loading screen....then thrown straight to home page. Ive tried several times to go to quit game, as you do, and quit hasn't appeared since this problem in the drop down list.
Ive also tried to load from a different save, goes to loading screen, then out again. I've tried all but uninstalling. Maybe I should try that?

Actually we suggest it, try
uninstalling and reinstalling the game and keep us posted to see if we can get this squared away!!
