Is music an afterthought

I am just a bit more than frustrated with microsoft's non support for music. I could care less about games and just want to be able to explore music and create my own playlists from artists that I choose, not tracks chosen by some program. It seems to me
there are only two services where you can rent music, create playlists by searching for albums and tracks, and use it on a windows 8 machine. Rhapsody is the other provider but it seems like their programs are still very buggy and limited.

I did not see any forums for music so please point me to the right place if there is one. I would like to know how to change my payment option to monthly and how to authorize my current laptop. Evidently I can only download on four devices and when I checked
devices there were five. I had a windows phone that I got rid of and had a Surface Pro 2 that I got rid of (replaced it with the Lenovo Yoga Pro 2). I never made any effort to authorize the Surface and phone and yet they seemed to be included as my devices.
I deleted the surface pro and I guess I have to wait another 30 days before I can deauthorize my phone, which I do not have. I am guessing then I can activate my Yoga Pro 2.

It is a real shame Microsoft abandoned the Zune. It appears for listening to music on the go I will be limited to a phone in the future. I do have questions about the music quality versus Rhapsody but this is probably the wrong place to ask music questions.

I would really appreciate it if someone could point me to the right direction for Xbox music pass support.

Where the heck is XBOX music help ?

I am boggled. I have searched and searched. It appears XBOX music is an afterthought, especially if you are using it on PC's and not an XBOX. I have 4 PCs running XBOX music, all windows 8. I also have a lot of people interested in switching to it because
of the quality of the music. Well, how do I get them there if there is:

• No Support
• No forums

This is ludicrous. Its a pay service so where is the support. Where can I post questions ?

Hey there, gstepic! To get the support you're looking for with changing your payment options and walking through how to change account settings, you'll want to use the
Contact Us page to get a hold of the Xbox Music chat support team. You'll want to go through Xbox on other devices > Windows > Xbox Music and then select the chat option at the
bottom. They should be able to help you out the best here.
