    Is MS ever going to acknowledge the universal Bluetooth defect in the Elite Series 2...


    It's pretty disgusting that you have dozens upon dozens upon dozens of topics about people using their Elite Series 2 controllers then having their framerate crash and controller disconnect, with tens of thousands of people clicking "I have this problem too", on Microsoft's own site no less, and Microsoft doesn't say a peep. These aren't $40 controllers, they cost over 3x more than a regular controller costs. You don't think that you owe the people that support you and threw $200 at you for a "wireless" controller that has to be plugged in, with just giving them a wireless adapter? A glorified Bluetooth adapter that you manufacture for less than a dollar more than likely and retail for $30.

    There are 0 firmware updates for the controller. There are 0 suggestions that you offer that work on a PC, since it isn't a PC issue as my regular Xbox One controllers w/ Bluetooth works without a single problem, and it's the controller itself. There are 0 interference issues since I literally have this controller less than a foot away from my PC as well as a separate Bluetooth dongle that the controller fails to stay connected to.

    This is unacceptable and this is how you destroy your following and make people not support you anymore. This should be addressed and acknowledged by Microsoft and they should be providing adapters to anyone affected. It's repulsive that its been out for over a year, thousands of people are affected and Microsoft thinks we're stupid and ignores the situation entirely. Well, I owned every single Xbox console and had Xbox live for 13 years straight, but thank God I chose to ignore the Series X, let my Xbox Live service lapse and I'm too stupid to ever go to find a store to buy another Xbox game again. Me continuing XBL alone would have provided 60 affected people with $1 free adapters and kept them supporting your brand. I hope that other people wake up and stop supporting a company that releases $200 garbage and hides from fixing it.

    The elite series one controller never had Bluetooth so you would've received exactly what you ordered if you need Bluetooth you need a new edition standard controller or an elite series 2

    The Elite controllers never had Bluetooth capabilities until the release of the Elite Series 2, which was October 2019.
