Is MS banning foreigners shopping Markets?

I have this console because microsoft allowed from the start buying cheaper foreign stores. If MS removes this option, can not will buy. If MS wants my money this is the only way.

You can change the region of your console, and buy in any foreign store with your credit card. This could be done from the beginning. Now they are banning do this in several stores as Hong Kong and India. Many people have purchased cheaper games in this

On a side line did you ever think that MS might be under pressure from the developers of the game to do something about it.

for your Wages, or for the Rent that you pay.
