Is Monopoly Plus broken?

I know I am late but I saw Monopoly Plus for sale in the Xbox Store and figured "Sure, Monopoly was a fun game to play as a kid and maybe people will actually finish these games instead of falling asleep or flipping the board." I paid the $4.95 and made
it through my first game and it was awesome. I have tried atleast 5 games after that and haven't finished another game.....and it always seems to freeze when you are over 90 minutes in so it is extremely frustrating. I know it isn't my internet or connection,
these game servers are a joke. Everyone who purchased this game should get a refund. I know $5 seems ridiculous to complain about but how much money has this company made selling a completely garbage product???

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to finish a game within Monopoly Plus.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let us know the results.

Same here. It almost always freezes during trades, house buying or rent payments. Someone needs to do something about this game. Who do we contact? Ii want it fixed or my money back.

the worst thing is that when I'm hosting a game and it freezes or decides to cut me off, other players think I'm quitting the game (and i stay till the end whether I'm winning or losing horribly) and they have given me an unsporting reputation on my profile.
Getting suckered into paying $13.95 for a game is one thing, but getting a bad rep for it isn't cool at all. Not complaining, just saying
