Is Microsoft really ignoring issues regarding Xbox?

It seems like Microsoft is ignoring problems and just closing threads and questions regarding recent issues people have been experiencing with every xbox series.

since I've been doing many troubleshooting lately including changing hard drive (which seemed to be the issue at the time), reinstalling the operating system, resetting, clearing cache, mac address, etc. which didn't seem to fix anything

the console operates normally for a day or so but later everything is freezing , apps going blank, dashboard and apps not loading, startup errors , black screen and the list just keeps going.

it seems like there is some kind of an issue with the operating system and Microsoft just keeps ignoring it instead of doing something, well at least it seems like it because instead of giving some explanation or answering threads are just getting closed.

so what's the deal Microsoft?

Sometimes threads are closed if there is another active thread open on the same topic, at least that's what I presume happens with some locked threads

Your thread could also get shut down due to the fact that discussion of self repair is against the rules of this forum. No one can help with repair advice here. It is not allowed.

No one from Microsoft uses the forums. If a thread is locked it could be for various reasons including just not having been replied to in a while or violating the forum guidelines.

That sounds like a truly unfortunate glitch in the timer. Why not do like we do with our son. He needs to earn the time to play. He gets minute for minute for reading a book (like all kids he seems to hate to read). Then we start our own timer. He has
learned that when we say shut down, we mean it. Only once did we ever shut the console down on him before he had a chance to save. lol

Once again, an issue had by many people, and Microsoft continues to ignore it. No surprise. No problem continuing to steal money month by month for a service that isn't working right.

July 25th was the first post regarding this. It's absolutely despicable that any company would ignore their customers that long.
