    This has been an ongoing issue for 2 days, I'm starting to wonder if this will even be fixed. I get an 8015190E error code on my Series X when trying to launch 360 games. Very unfortunate as my Series X is brand new.

    Is it a connect connect to live ?

    If so reset your factory settings first not a hard reset but a soft to keep your games

    If that don't work then a hard reset is required

    Meaning you're going to need to delete your games

    Hello William, we've received some similar occurrences regarding Xbox 360 logins and also games in backward compatibility on Xbox One, while we have no official position from Microsoft.

    In this case, we will have to wait for some position from Microsoft regarding this issue.

    Okay. Do you know when they may acknowledge that this is a large scale problem? I just bought game pass so I'm technically paying for a broken service.

    as far as I know there are no Kinect related games going to be backward compatible, since the backward compatible will not use any accesiores.
