Is Microsoft enforcing their own rules at all?

as my terraria club are dealing with a serious online harrasser/hacker. The number of profiles he used to harrass and threaten us and our club are COUNTLESS, and now that he is back on his main profile he keep on threatening us, our reputation and the integrity
of our Terraria Play N Trade Hub club by spreading rumors and shaming our names in the public feed of many others TERRARIA clubs. Theses very clubs he join ALL SUPPORT HACKING and just like my abuser; their whole feed and profiles ARE FILLED WITH PROOFS THAT
THEY HACK AND MOD ITEMS and worlds in terraria. My abuser also admitted he have made up to 20 profiles to one of my admins; BUT ALL OF OUR COMPLAINS AND PROOFS ARE BEING IGNORED BY THE ENFORCEMENT TEAM, THE AMBASSADORS AS WELL AS ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WITNESSE
THE ABUSES. RESULT?; my admins are starting to break up one by ones because the abuses are too heavy, including me, and facing so much injustices and SYSTEM THAT IS SUPPOSED TO ENFORCE ITS OWN RULES BUT DO NOTHING ON TOP OF ALLOWING MODDERS, HARRASSERS AND
BULLIES TO DO AS THEY PLEASE IS STARTING TO DRIVE US MAD. PLEASE, help us before my abuser do to our xbox profiles what he did with our facebook accounts. If people were standing togeter and not just bullies; THEN MAYBE THIS COMMUNITY WOULD BE SAFE.

Just to clarify, I thought it is XBLPET for Xbox Live - Policy Enforcement Team. Not sure who the XBLET is. As for Microsoft / Xbox having policies and then enforcing them? You are signing up for the ToS when you created an xbox live account. So why
people have issue to sign up for a private service (private = you opted in and Microsoft owns it) and then complaining when and how they decide to enforce their rules seems somewhat imprudent.

 

As we speak this man is proudly teaching kids to mod and hack worlds in terraria while giving them passwords to make copies of his own modded worlds. My club being is encouraging legit players; and so to scare off all of the others modders and hackers in
the clubs he join; he tell them that im dangerous for not allowing hacked items in my club and ask them to mass report me and the rest of our club. AND IT WORKED! so at this point once again, the ones bullied that ask for justice will end up being banned while
the real threat will be allowed to prey on more people. thank you microsoft for ignoring this, and thank you ambassadors, for telling us to report and block even though there are no results.

sorry astral, it is forbidden to directly shame names in this thread, i should have told you so since youre new in the forums

 

in brief, he is using new profiles to directly bully and threaten us, then on his main profile that you can see, he then accuse us of being the bullies. he also used other social medias to shame us such, such as youtube. there are tons of videos of him on
youtube where our facebook infos, pictures, and xbox posts and activities are being displayed. he also share his youtube links by private messages to the other xbox players and he also did that in our terraria play n trade hub club. astral papillon and some
other of my admins recorded proofs. sorry if i seem aggressive, but im really tired of this constant drama and abuses. if microsoft could help us and this community for a change instead of smacking our accounts for losing patience at this hacker, this would
be great. we need peace.

 

last thing: this post and the comments will be recorded as proofs in case microsoft decide to furthermore ignore our calls for help or even worse, if they decide to ban us for denoncing hackers.

I've already advised you on the best route for this situation. Naming and shaming on our forums is not allowed, as seen in our

Forum Guidelines. You've also posted before on our forums about this; multiple posts on the same situation are also not allowed.

The only thing you and your friends can and should do is report this user and their alts through the console, and then block them. Stop engaging with them, and they will stop. If I see further posts on this by you, I will have this sent over to the Forums
team for possible further action on your account for forums behavior. I appreciate your understanding.
