    What is Microsoft doing about hackers??

    Sorry to hear you've experienced this. It is the main reason that I do not play any CoD games. However, support informed you incorrectly. No one on the forums can help with this.

    Your best bet here would be to report the users you find via the dashboard reporting tools. Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions provided. That report will be sent to the PET to investigate and take any necessary action
    on. Please be aware that they do get thousands of reports per day so it could take a bit of time.

    As for the hackers themselves. CrazY is correct that naming and shaming on these forums is not allowed. What I would recommend though is to contact the developers of the game to voice your complaint about what is going on in pvp. They are well aware of
    what is going on and it is up to them to implement changes to prevent it from happening.

    um .. a game....... 2hrs of hacked lobbies bro, block/avoid and i still end up back with the same hackers over and over and when they hack so far into your xbox that they know which HDMI slot its plugged into the TV something needs to be done to fix this rubbish,
    my data has been hacked and i get zero response from Xbox.......

    so i will name and shame until they ban me, then the legal action will begin!!!!!!

    Are you using the Xbox (beta) app? If so, can you please submit a report about this issue via the "report a problem" button. If you're not using the beta app, can you please download and try viewing messages again?

    No, they won't. I have been struggling with XBL since I bought xbox. Always having troubling on weekend. They only repeatedly tell you to reset your router, which apparently won't fix the issue. Their servers are apparently running out of capacity. But who
    cares because they already charged your XBL.

    I totally understand how you feel and sorry to hear about your experience! I wouldn't lie I also experience some bullying and racist words when playing other games as well. Though as a fellow gamer, what I can suggest is to ignore those kinds of players you encounter and report them directly instead.
