    Is Malaysia xbox supported?


    I have read on multiple other forums that malaysia isn't xbox live supported. However, when I check xbox's supported countries and regions it says that console games are available in Malaysia.
    1) Does this mean that I can buy games but cannot access to xbox gamepass or online multiplayer?

    2) I cannot find some games on the Malaysian Marketplace. For example, finding Elden Ring on the US store in USD is easy but whenever is switch to the Malaysian store it dissappears.

    I hope I can use the xbox in Malaysia as the Series S is a budget console compared to the PS5. If I cannot join xbox then im forced to join playstation

    Yes, Microsoft please bring Xbox One support to Malaysia. I am a user considering PS4 or Xbox One. If Xbox One support is available in Malaysia, I definitely will not go for the PS4.

    I'm sorry, but based on the information I found on the support page, it's not possible to purchase the game pass for the console in Malaysia, only for PC. So, you could only play locally with the Xbox. As for the titles, those can always vary from country to country.

    You always see console games available. Why is likely due to play anywhere

    If consoles are not sold officially, neither are Xbox services.

    Thanks for the response. Sorry I'm a bit confused. So I should be able to link a Microsoft Developer Program (Malaysian account as I reside in Malaysia) with my North American Xbox account? Yes the North American Xbox account is mine, but I recently moved to Malaysia a few years ago and want to create a Malaysian Microsoft developer Program account as its more convenient for me. I'm aware Xbox isn't supported here in Malaysia, but the Developer Program is supported.
