    Hi, I downloaded a game from steam called Warface and it asked if I wanted to allow Mail.ru to make changes to this device which i clicked yes because they own warface but was this bad, could it be a virus? Is mail.ru safe? Thanns

    Thank you for providing the link. I chatted with Microsoft support last night on 11/19,through chat, I was given a link to Xbox support with an option to speak with someone. This morning on 11/20 I contacted XBOX support and was able to speak to someone Live. The rep stated he was going to escalate my issue and give me a call back within 15 minutes. I have been waiting 3.5 hours for a call back, hopefully I have not been forgotten and the rep will call me back sometime today.

    One thing the Xbox rep did say was that my Xbox profile had 3 email addresses attached to it all ending in mail.RU
