Is Magic The Gathering 2015 Out Today? And How Do I Check?

I loved Magic 2013 when it was free. I didn't play 2014. Was that pretty much the same but with a few upgrades and whatnot? I haven't really seen too much of 2015 but I might just get it cuz I enjoyed 2013 so much.

Ok never mind about this post. Played this again and found the card played that triggered the defeat. I will say making a white/red deck is what it took for me to win.

Anyone have an issue with the magic the gathering 2015 Xbox 360 version where all of sudden it ends the game and says you were defeated? Even though nothing took place to justify it? I was playing ravnica search the city had plenty of cards left. I went
back in and reviewed the cards and nothing the AI did warranted the game ending with me defeated! I very angry because after trying to play against this deck 5 times, I was finally winning! Any feedback would be welcomed.

 

As far as I know it comes out tomorrow. This one should be the best yet, they have finally allowed players to completely build their own decks from scratch with the cards you unlock and have also added all booster packs you can purchase for an unknown amount.
I'm not sure if the boosters offer rare cards that can't be unlocked otherwise or if it's just way to get all the unlocks or cards faster. Regardless this is a day one buy for me. Let's hope it gets pushed out a day early!

Oh well, at least I have Dragon's Teeth to tide me over until then.

I own all of the Magic the Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers games and they update each game with new decks and cards, at least 1 or 2 new features, and at least 1 new game mode (while nixing other new game modes from previous iterations). For example,
the original had an online tutor mode where 1 player (the tutor) could see the other player's cards and help the other player (the student) learn how to play. I haven't seen it since, which is a shame really.

Also, I had the mods create a Magic the Gathering forum some time ago for those of you who want a place to discuss everything MtG. I've already posted threads on how to play for those of you who want to learn.

 

I've been playing since the late 90's these newer cards can be a bit confusing considering how much they have added. I'm really excited about being to build my own deck to battle against friends finally!

 

The XBox one version isn't coming till later.

 

Its out on iOS. I got that version right now (gonna double dip and get it on the X1 as well) I'm really enjoying it. Its different then 2013 and 2014 FYI, you no longer have prebuilt decks to choose from. You get to pick a starter deck thats built and thats
it. from that point as you win instead of unlocking individual cards you unlock booster packs containing a bunch of cards. and you use these to build your own decks. there are just under 1000 cards in total to unlock. I'm really enjoying it. I built 3 decks
already i've been cyclying thorugh to beat the campaign. can't wait for the X1 version

 

When I get it I have GG on my list of future victims. lol

 

Xbox One versions is not coming out tomorrow, it is "later this summer"

Good find GG. I am actually buying both the PC version so I can play at work as well as the Xbox One version when it releases.
