    Is License Transferring against the rules?


    If so, how could you get reported if caught? I'm looking to get GTA 5, because buying it isn't an option. I'm going to give Master Chief Collection and MineCraft for it. I'm soooo desperate for this game, and noone understandably trusts a stranger on their
    account. Must have games digitally.

    Yes, this is against the Terms of Xbox LIVE, specifically the part about not transferring licenses to other users.

    Nothing can be transferred between accounts. So if you were to find a way to transfer the license, then yes it would be against the rules.

    pretty sure what you are doing or attempting to do is against the rules. license transfers are only for those who bought a new console and want to transfer the license from the old console to the new one nothing more/nothing less.

    I also had a question, I have my main consol in my room, and yesterday i bought a minecraft mashup. but when i tried downloading it on the consol downstairs it wouldnt work. its also license tranfered. is there certain things it wont work with?

    If he only plays a couple hours a month then have him download his gamertag to your Xbox or vice versa. That way, once redownloaded, he can access your content as any gamertag on the Xbox with the Gamertag that downloaded the content can access it.
