    license transfer bug sent me straight to dashboard without transferring anything and now I can't play the games I purchased for another four months. please help if its even possible if I have to wait I might as well sell my new xbox cause it is now useless
    no games, no apps, nothing...

    License Transfer?

    This. It's $5 a month or $30 for a year and you get BF4 plus other EA games and discounts on their digital content.

    Transferring Xbox 360 Games from Xbox One to another account

    The license transfer tool is to transfer your licenses to another console in case you get a new console, not to transfer licenses between accounts. There is no way to transfer digital licenses to another account.

    Have you tried redownloading something to make sure it didn't work?

    If it still isn't working, contact support. Under some circumstanes they can perform a manual transfer. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Yes, it is. There has to be a way to transfer licenses, as I paid for this content. Taking the licenses from me because I was given a broken unit is illegal.

    You must be signed into Xbox Live. Secondly, you need to transfer your license files over. GH can't tell you you need to sign in. It just says everything is broken.

    You can, if the content was first downloaded on that console after the purchase.

    If you switched consoles after the account purchased the DLC, that account has to sign in on the new console, and do a

    License Transfer    , and then re-download the DLC again.

    With the DLC-owning account signed in on that Xbox 360 console, go to the settings hub on the far right of the dashboard, and then to "Account". There under "Your Billing Options" is the option to do the "License Transfer".

    After the License Transfer is done, you need to download the updated usage license of the Broken Stell DLC simply by re-downloading the DLC from the marketplace or your download history. If you still have the DLC on that console' storage device, it will
    simply download the tiny license file instead of the whole DLC.



    After the License Transfer and re-downloading the updated usage license, the DLC can be used offline again by any other account.
