    Is Kinect not supported on the Xbox 360 any more?


    I have recently acquired an Xbox 360 and a Kinect - everything seems to work fine and voice commands are recognised on the dash and in the Amazon & Wuaki apps. But nothing happens when I try voice commands in Netflix - there's no
    command list and no response to Xbox play/pause. Is this a fault or does the Xbox 360 Netflix app not support Kinect any more?

    Kinect speech commands in Ireland

    Hello,

    At this time, Ireland is still not a supported region for the Xbox One voice commands. However, the 360 support documentation does list Ireland as a supported region in the event you wanted to pursue that on the Xbox 360 forums.

    One of the many reason I hate living overseas...

    With kinect it is affected by the region of your account as it is online specific

    Every kinect supported country supports only a set languages

    only english Regions support english kinect

    German support german

    France supports french

    support.xbox.com/.../speech-recognition

    Is the list of kinect supported regions and what languages they support english isnt supported by kinect in germany

    Kinect is geoip specific so even changing uk wont help you

    Hey guys thank you for the reverts...are there any xbox one kinect games to look forward to in 2015. Xbox 360 seems to have more options for Kinect than Xbox one. I am a big fan of the kinect but now i feel i should have got a xbox 360 :(

    Kinect mounting

    Hi there JPep715!

    Both Kinect Sensors are designed to be mounted above the television for the best gaming experience possible. You can find more information on the mounting options on the Kinect mounting support pages. I'll provide the links below:

    I believe the best thing to do in my opinion is to have the Kinect sensor for the system you use more frequently above your television. And the one you use less frequently on the bottom.

    The Kinect Sensor for Xbox One is hands-down much better in general.

    an Xbox 360 console.

    Thats what i found when looking up the error code if this does not help and the problem continues you contact xbox support anytime at xbox.com/support

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Kinect

    The games were originally on 360 and ported to Xbox One

    Any game in game pass is identical to the retail version

    These games support Kinect on Xbox One
