Is it your account that download onto my machine without your permission?

Today I logged onto xbox live much the same as I have done for the last 12 years, except today an xbox live account not my own was on my machine. I did not download it I've never seen the name before, and it happens to happen on the day the network is down
for repairs. I can't access this account according to the people at 1-800xbox live this is impossible and hung up on me. According to the support person at the online texting service this isn't possible but my account is safe I was assured a lot.

Okay so those people are not the ones writing code and can't do much to help, but how am I to know my own account didn't auto copy to one of your machines, and can I trust you to do the right thing like I am here and try to notify you and the company of
a huge security problem. I will not post the name here to avoid harassment of them, but I will attempt to contact them thru xbox message service to let them know I can f#$% with there account and while I will not they should be outraged that there account
information is on my xbox without their or my permission.

Question about sharing Destiny on two different 360s

I plan on buying Destiny and my friend is gonna download it from me. Apparently, if you wanna play Destiny on another console on your account, you have to be signed on at all times on the account that purchased it, where as if you wanna play it on the console that you purchased Destiny on, you can sign on any accounts no problem to play it.

Now this is just what I heard, but I'm confused because my friend managed to download other games from me that I had purchased and play it without any problems. She had to sign onto my account to download it, but once she was finished, she could hop back onto her account and play it with no problems.

 

Dlc for 2 systems?

Hi Robby, here is what you can do. You can recover the account that used to purchase the DLC with onto your new console. Once you have done that go into account management and pull up your download history, from there you can download anything you have purchased
onto your new console without having to pay for it again.

 

You ask if you can trust someone to do the right thing, to which I'm assuming you mean not mess with your account. But you're going to send them a PM to tell them that you can indeed mess with their account.

I have never heard of an account just downloading itself onto someone's profile. You have to login to an account for it to be active on your console. Meaning you have to have the email/pw combo of their live account. Which....doesn't just download.

You however CAN remove someone's profile from your Xbox. Depending on which Xbox you have will depend on how you remove it.

Xbox 360:
support.xbox.com/.../delete-xbox-live-profile-from-xbox-360-console

Xbox One:
support.xbox.com/.../remove-profile-from-console

If by some magical reason a profile just happened to appear on your console, that is what you should do. Just remove the account. It's quite that simple. You don't have to send them a PM to tell that that you can mess with their account. You don't have any
account details as the only thing you'd have access to would be their gamertag and potentially their email. As everything else is typically ***.

So again, feel free to delete the magical appearing account and continue on with your day. Thanks for being a good Xbox citizen.

 

I have discovered the reason behind this, my step daughter friend had put her account on my machine and deleted it some how the update that day forced it to reload on my machine.
