Is it wrong to play with the gpu and the cpu at 100%?

Thank you for coming to the Community forum with your question on CPU and GPU. To answer it as bluntly and as simply as possible, no it is not recommended. It wont do major or permanent damage to your PC though if continuously pushed it will most likely
give you the Blue Screen of Death and shut you system down. Why I say it wont do permanent damage is when the system is pushed that hard for a long period of time and it shuts down that is your warning- should you choose to continue to do it then you are running
a risk of damaging parts of your system.

I strongly do not recommend it - all Forza games do push the PC to it's limits and you will hear t5hat by even the fans kicking in when you start up a game like this.

The suggestion I have though is research GPU's that suit games like this.

Thank you, so I think I'm going to take the risk until my first blue screen comes out. When that happens I will probably stop playing forza on pc and I will just play it on my xbox, again thanks!

ok i fixed CPU and GPU problem by using AMD CPU and NVIDIA GPU with some community mods.

* btw my 9900K always 100% bcz im not check my background, Windows Security are running quick scan, my bad.

But still not improve my Game Framerate even i swap my CPU and GPU, CPU are fine now, but GPU are running always 100% but only about 45 FPS (Updated), What The H are this game using so many GPU usage.

70% of GPU use = 55 FPS

100% of GPU use = 55 : 70 x 100 = approximatively 79 FPS.

70% of GPU doesn't mean the game isn't using your hardware to the fullest.

The CPU doesn't just compute the game logic and AI, it also draws the scene, it sends the drawn frames to the GPU to render the graphics. If you're aiming for 60fps, but your CPU isn't good enough, your graphics card will not render all of those frames. It doesn't matter how powerful your GPU is.

One classic example of a bottleneck occurs when an outdated processor is combined with a more advanced graphics card in a demanding CPU-intensive game. In this situation, the CPU struggles to process the game, resulting in only 30 frames being drawn, and consequently, the GPU only renders those 30 frames. If you were to observe this scenario using a benchmarking tool, you would typically see the CPU utilization at 100% while the GPU operates at 30% (or something similar). This is a classic illustration of a CPU bottleneck.

Likewise, when modern CPU's are benchmarked for performance, a game will generally be locked at 1080P. Then, to test the graphics card performance, the resolution and or other graphics settings are increased.
