is it worth purchasing elite bundle

Hello,

I'm looking into getting the xbox one bundle but I'm having a hard time deciding on which bundle to get. The basic bundle sells for $349 or the elite bundle for $499. I like the idea of the elite controller and its a hybrid style console but its a big price
gap between the two. Any suggestion or input would be greatly appreciated.

Is it worth the cost

I was just wondering from people in the community if purchasing the call of duty elite premium membership is worth it? I have pre-ordered the game and the membership, but I'm not too sure about this membership. Is it truly worth it?

 

What Kind Of Bundle Did You get with your Slim?

Gamestop only gives about 70$ for an Xbox360 Elite, so I didn't find it worth it, I just kept my Elite and bought a slim, I bought a slim that came with two games, I didn't get any of the cool bundles, wish I would have waited for the MW3 or GOW3 bundles
but oh well..

 

Isn't it also a bigger hard drive? I know if my day one edition broke I would get the elite version can't make the decision for you though

 

I has 1TB hard drive. would be nice to have. It's more the controller thats making the choice tough like How big of an improve will it make over the standard controller

 

the elite controller is a pretty big improvement over the standard controller, it's heavier, no flexing in the panels, the rubberized shell feels great, the paddles work great, i'm a big fan of the interchangeable thumb sticks.

$150 is steep price for a controller, but i think it's worth it.

 

its good value, if you want the extras, I mean the basic bundle with the controller is $500, so you get a bit more for your buck, if you can get a deal with games as well your laughing, it all depends on how much you want the controller IMO.

 

A friend just bought the elite bundle, the controller is fantastic, the console has a matte finish so it's not a fingerprint magnet. I was that impressed with the controller I've ordered one myself for AU $199. At the end of the day it's basically an XB1
with an expensive controller, If I was in the market for a new console I'd buy one of these.
