    hello i have a problem to subscribe to me on xbox live gold i have money to buy it but when click on sign i get a message saying: The payment on an existing subscription on your xbox, go to settings or go to account.microsoft.com/services to fix this
    problem.

    Thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us! Sounds like there might be a previous balance on the account and would most likely be posted to the
    Payment and Billing section of the Microsoft account. Check it out, if the search is unsuccessful the next course of action would be to get in contact with
    one of our Billing
    Specialists     and see what options are available to further assist with the matter! Give it a shot and keep us posted on how it goes!!

    the balance in your account, including expiring balances, and options to add more money to your account.
