    Is it still getting investigated even though I didn’t ask?


    I didnt ask for my suspension to get investigated or sign up for it, I was just complaining. Does XBLPET still investigate through these complaints?

    The enforcement team don't use the forums. So they don't take reports via the forum.

    You may want to have a look through the forum guidelines as well. Creating duplicate threads is a violation of those guidelines and
    you do have several threads open related to the same topic.

    Account recovery form won’t work after 10 tries

    They only asked me for the birthday, age, passwords, credit card, and emails. I didn’t get asked any of that. I answered all the questions and correctly. I also said my gamer tag and my Xbox live ID. It’s still not enough for Microsoft even though everything is filled out and correctly. I called them and I did what they said and nothing will work.

    Downloads Going Past 100%

    Hi I believe Microsoft are aware of this issue and investigating and that as long as you don't get an errors the download will still complete even though it's showing above 100% downloaded.
