No. It won't work in a region that's not supported and if you try to bypass region restrictions to use the Rewards program, they can ban you from the program.

That means you aren't in a ms rewards xbox region

Not all ms rewards regions are xbox supported and it goes by your physical location

Keep in mind ms rewards isn't the same region as ms rewards for xbox

So if you aren't in a supported region it won't work

What region are you in

The new rewards program (Microsoft Rewards, Xbox Live Rewards ended) is not related to your gamertag region, but your IP location (your internet location not your console region). Do not change your gamertag region because will not work and you will need
to wait 3 Months with the same region. You will need to wait to get back to your country to access again the rewards.
