Is it possible to transfer games from one account to the other?

Hi! Yesterday I bought Madden 16 for my boyfriend, but I did it on my account and I guess he can't play it on his? Is there a way to put it on his or can he still play with his gamertag on mine? I really hope there is a solution because if not I just wasted
