    So I have left over money in my Microsoft account, and I also have a credit card to buy Xbox Live Gold. Is it possible to use my microsoft account money then top it off with my mastercard? P.S this is for Xbox Live!

    Since that is not a Rewards program issues, Rewards support will not be able to assist. If you redeemed the code from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Otherwise, you would need to
    contact the retailer you received the code from.

    Gold can only be purchased using a credit card/Paypal or via a prepaid gold subscription. It is not possible to use the money on your account for a gold subscription.
