    Hi there,

    as far as I know there is no news in regards to selling/trading digital games at the moment.

    In regards to the suggestion to sell gamer tags (Xbox Live Accounts), it's not allowed to sell or trying to sell a Xbox Live Account, this is mentioned here:

    My assumption is that it is still possible to purchase games on disc via online retailers, that is at least an option in my country.

    Same here but I have a question similar to the subject as well. I'm selling my Xbox 360 and was wondering: is it possible to delete your account while the DLC remains on the HDD. Is my buyer able to play all the DLC with another account?

    It's not possible to transfer digital ownership of games or the account. Buying/selling of accounts is a violation of the terms of service and can result in banning of the account.

    Really? I was not aware of this. Well then I will set the Xbox to factory settings, and make a new account. But why is it that when you buy a game in the store that you're allowed to sell it, but when you purchase it in the marketplace it isn't possible
    to sell or give away the game?
