No, that will most likely never be possible. Looking at someone's profile will only be visible you, and will no way notify them that you gave viewed it unless any interactions wad initiated your end such as adding them ad a friend, private/party invited
which also can be done without looking at the profile, but if its just profile browsing without any invites you will be basically anonymous. I hope this helps!

No, you won't get it removed. Besides, the only people who can see it are YOU and the people who view your profile from Xbox.com...Other people will see your gamerscore as recreation, family, pro, or cheater. Not that big of a deal...

Yes, it's legit. When you view the message from your console, you can't view the profile who sent it.

To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Order history to view your purchases.

You can install the game from there and if you're not able to see the order from there, kindly check your other possible Microsoft account.
