Is it possible to see all Xbox accounts that have been on your Xbox console?

I don't think it is possible to merge your two accounts into one however it is possible to have multiple accounts loaded on your Xbox One console please see the guide below on how to add and remove accounts from the console.

Is it possible another account on your Xbox One made the original purchase? If another account purchased the game and set your Xbox One as it's home console, all accounts would have access to it until the account changed to another home console.

Possibly the gamesharing feature has been removed from your console and have been applied to another console. You can try to set your son in law's account again as the home xbox so his games will then be again playable on your console.

It is possible that you have been playing the game through Home Xbox. That is the only reason if the game is not on game pass. Which means that the game was from another account and was being shared on the console. All your orders should reflect on the history, but if this game is not on there, it could be bought on another account.
