    Is it possible to refund the Xbox Game Pass for PC?


    Hi there. I was fairly certain I had turned off recurring billing for the Xbox Game Pass for the PC as I no longer use it and need money for bills, but was surprised today to find a charge for the Game Pass. As I no longer intend to use it, is there a
    way to get a refund for it?

    There is no Game Pass for the 360. Game Pass is only available for the Xbox One and PC. So you may want to contact where you bought it from to see about a refund if that's possible.

    Hello Jackdemarchi, unfortunately it is not possible to downgrade, with Ultimate you have full Xbox services and access to XCloud.

    If you only want to have the Game Pass for PC, you would have two ways in your situation, the first would be to cancel the Ultimate your own, and subscribe only to the Game Pass for PC, but that does not guarantee you the refund of the Ultimate subscription, and the other way is to turn off the automatic renewal of the Ultimate subscription, wait for it to close and then buy a Game Pass for PC.

    Is it possible that you purchased PC Game Pass and not Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which includes Xbox Game Pass for Console and PC Game Pass? Can you verify? You also do not need an Xbox Game Pass subscription to access Minecraft on an iPad.
