    I accidently bought Black Ops 4 today in the store. Is it possible to get a refund? I didnt play the game, its not even installed. But i cant find any option when i log into my account on xbox.com

    Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to get a refund on games bought on Xbox Store? I got many games which are so bad (worst than a free flash game on internet) and/or so boring... I would like to get a refund for those game but I don't know if this is
    possible? On Steam you can get a refund on almost everything so I was wondering if there is a way on Xbox One?

    Hi all!

    I'm looking for a way to acquire a refund for a game on my XBOX ONE. The game in question is Slender: The Arrival, I bought it and don't like it, so I would like a refund if that's possible. Is there any way for me to get a refund through my XBOX or on the

    Hi sure it's possible to refund the game if it's digital. If you have not done it before, and if you have a serious reason for it, maybe it was not the right purchase. Or that you did not buy what you originally wanted.

    Here's how to get a refund: Request an Xbox digital product or subscription refund | Billing

    The easiest way is to contact technical support via online chat and solve it in a few minutes.

    Hello there, a few days ago I bought Dragon Ball Z Kakarot on the Xbox one and it turns out I bought the wrong game, I played the game for around 2 hours before I realised my mistake and quickly uninstalled the game and requested a refund however for some reason my request was denied as "they cant refund digital games that have been played or used" which I believe to be utter nonsense as I have refunded digital games before with 0 issue. I simply bought the wrong game and want my money back.
    Yeah. If you played it for more than 2 hours then that makes you ineligible for a refund.

    You had to have had the game for less than two weeks AND played less than two hours to be eligible for a refund

    For me, the refund does not seem possible, because I bought the game more than 2 weeks ago ... Thanks the refund's conditions of Steam which doesn't care of the problems.

    On the first one yes, it was denied but I realize I asked for the full amount back and the premium edition I bought had a season pass which is non-refundable. I also need to correct the second request since I made the same mistake
