    Is it possible to recover games from a deleted account I do not remember the login...


    It's an account from 2013-2014 and I think the email associated with it was deleted maybe mid Mar-early May 2021 based on the last unlocked achievement. The game(s) in question are Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Assassin's Creed: Unity. I have evidence that I have owned the games in the form(s) of a used code card, game achievements, and an Assassin's Creed: Unity decorated Xbox one storage box. Is there any way to get these games "back" or is just a lost cause at this point?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    I apologize but the license for our digitally purchased games is on our Microsoft account itself which means that you will not be able to recover them due to the account being deleted. Sorry for that.

    I would suggest you to clear your console cache

    if that doesnt work i would suggest you to delete your profile from your console and than recover it (this is not advised if you do not remember the login details for the account)

    There's a Recover Gamertag option on the login screens. This will not recover game saves that were deleted from the HDD though.
