Is it possible to play Xbox 360 games online (like Fable 2) with Xbox One and Xbox 360

So here's the deal. I have the game Fable 2 and I want to transfer some items I have and to do that the best way is online, but went I try to do this on my two consoles it can not see the other profile! I'm trying to move the items from my Xbox One to my
360. Sounds simple I have the game on both, but for some reason I can't see the other profile. Is it possible to even do that from the Xbox One to the 360 or from the 360 to the X One? I believe it may be possible, but this was my first time trying. Both profiles
have Gold membership, internet connections, the same game, dlc required, etc. Thanks for any help.

Fable 2 - Not available for download

I have previously purchased and played Fable 2 on my old Xbox 360. Now with backwards compatibility it looks like I should be able to download and play Fable 2 on my Xbox One. My problem is that Fable 2 will not show up in the Ready for Install section.
I even downloaded my gamertag over to a roommate's Xbox 360 and it allowed me to download Fable 2 onto it.

Yes, you can play that game online on both systems and if there's a trade feature between them you can trade between the account on xbox one and the one on xbox 360. It's the same service and the same version of the game.

When you said you can't see the other profile, are you in the same server or where do you not see them?

You can play with someone on the 360 but you will need to be on a 360 game in the backwards compatibility. you can invite people to party and game, use the xbox 360 mini dashboard to do that.

 

Yes, OP, are you using the mini dashboard while in the xbox 360 game? Push START and SELECT and invite your other account to your game through that and accept it in the same fashion on the other account. You can't use the xbox one dashboard to accept an
invite to an xbox 360 game.
