Is it possible to play online with Xbox One X with DVD?

No. The game disc is the license to play the game. While it can be installed on both consoles, only the console that has the disc in its drive can play the game. The other player can either purchase their own copy of the disc or a digital license for the game

you can set that console as your account's Home Xbox, which will allow any user to sign into it and access content you own, including your Xbox Live Gold subscription.

should my brothers purchase their own digital license too? Or only having the verified license on one console is enough in this case?

Home Xbox feature allows each user to set a single Xbox One console as their account's preferred device. When someone signs into a console that someone has set as their account's Home Xbox, the new user can access any digital content that the Home Xbox
has that belongs to that user.

For example, let's say you own "Forza Horizon 4" digitally on your console, and you've set your console as your account's Home Xbox. If I were to visit you and sign into your console, I could play that game because you own it.

I purchase Forza Horizon 4 on my live account called A, so I as Saeed am the owner of this game.

My elder brother who has also gold live account wants to use Forza Horizon 4 installed on this console, and he can play online fine with no problem, but it seems my account needs to permit him to be able to play.

Then he turns the console off tonight, and the other night I want to play online, so I can play well without my account getting locked or any issues.
