Is it possible to play a videogame from other continent in Xbox 360?

Hi everybody, I have a Xbox 360 that I bought in Mexico, but now I'm on vacation in Germany, and I've seen some really good prices on Gamestop for example, and I would like to buy some games to play them when I come back to my home, but I'm not sure if
I will be able to play them, because of the region block or something like that. I've seen that in Xbox One there's no problem with it, but I don't have that console, will I have it with my 360?

They kind of echo what I've said about games in Germany.Due to their strict content restrictions it's extremely unlikely you'll find region free games in Germany as games released in Germany are specifically made for Germany & therefore restricted to the
PAL region.

If you bought your 360 in Mexico then it's most likely a NTSC region console so any games you buy in Germany won't work on it unless they are region free,which most aren't,especially in Germany as they have some strict content restrictions for certain types
of video games.

It will tell you on the box,usually the back, & on the game disc itself what region the game is.

Damn, this is a little more complicated than I thought, do you know if I could find a game list where it says if they are region free on the internet? Most of the games I want are some who weren't launched in America

If they're physical discs, you would need to make sure they are formatted for the same console as yours (ie. PAL and PAL or NTSC and NTSC). As long as they match you shouldn't have any issues.

For what I see, in America is used NTSC, and in Europe is used PAL, do you know where in my 360 or in the videogames can I check the format?
