Is it possible to output sound to bluetooth speakers? any useful links I could check?

Weird indeed, and it works for me too, but only specifically on bluetooth devices, not just headphones, but even bluetooth speakers, and if I choose any other sound output that I could it immediately crashes.

Not really a solution though for me unfortunately, but it is something. Thanks.

Xbox One does not have an integrated Bluetooth microchip, and this means that you will have to use an external device such as a Bluetooth adapter for you to connect your Bluetooth speaker to your console.

Some setups may work with the optical input but you must confirm if the sound bar can work that way.
