Is it possible to have the shipping address of a pre-order changed to another in my address...

I've tweeted a bunch of times, called every department I can, and still can't get through to anyone that can help.

One contact of mine thinks that they clearly over extend on the pre-orders so they're hoping people like us that need to update the address just cancel the orders.

How is it possible that a multi-billion dollar company can't update a ship-to address 6 weeks before the order is set to deliver?

Could just be how their ordering system works. At my job we only have about 1 hour after an order is placed to make any changes to it.

If the customer calls back in more than an hour after the order is placed the system literally doesnt allow any changes to be made. if the address needs to be changed its the same situation (youd have to give the tracking number to the courier to change
the shipping address).

The release isnt for weeks. They could honestly just change the address. Lets be real here, they’re just being plain lazy.

I have a similar issue where I wanted to change the shipping address on my Xbox Series X pre-order. I called Microsoft Store support and they said it was not possible on their end. They told me the only thing I could do is to call the shipping carrier,
once I have the tracking #, and to have them re-route the package. I was briefly looking at UPS and FedEx on their re-routing rules and it does seem possible but it might cost extra money and it might affect delivery.

To change the shipping address you would need to cancel the purchase and made a new as you can't change the shipping address once the order it's placed
