Is it possible to have my old account re-activated?

Hi,
I had an account banned a few years ago which I thought was due to something else... I recently logged in online and seen it was banned for marketplace fraud? Can this be investigated as I believe somebody may have used my account without my knowledge? This
was on the old Xbox 360.

if you call the billing dept at xbox, they can tell you when you first made your account.

I've checked through the billing history, but due to email changes / credit card changes it only goes back a year.

I reckon it'd be fun with some account statistics!

You can only
submit a case review if the ban was enforced within the last 12 months. After that there is nothing that can be done sorry.

Your friend my need to de-activate his old Xbox off of his account.

You may need to delete the Netflix App then re-download it.

This should give you a new activation code for you to use on your Netflix account.

Thanks for getting back to me, but that isn't my problem, I think my old Minecraft account has been overwritten with a new one when I reset my password.

Something I noticed on a different computer that used to have my old gamertag account logged in. Was that the new gamertag that doesn't own Minecraft said "active", and the old, good account didn't have "active" and when I clicked the 3 dots to open a drop down menu for the account it said "Set as active." but when I clicked that and typed in the credentials for the account it said "welcome _____________" where the blank is the new, bad gamertag. Which brings me back to a point that I mentioned in my first post, my old Minecraft account I think has been overwritten with a new one when I reset my password.

I have tried a lot of things, but I think the only was to fix this is if there is a way that somebody can access my old account and re-establish it as the main one linked to my Microsoft account.

I have also contacted Minecraft support and am waiting for a response.

This is not a possible activity. What I did was I left the old account on my xbox as its home xbox and just created a new one. This allows me access to all my games.
